What’s Included + PRICES 

THERE ARE ONLY 12 PLACES ON THE RETREAT. 

Prices start from £425 per person sharing for 3 nights accommodation plus what's listed below.

Master Suite- £475 per person sharing - Huge luxury sea view room with either large double or twin beds with a large en suite, walk in wardrobe and the best views of the Needles and surrounding area 

Luxury sea view rooms - £450 per person sharing - Large bedroom with either large double or twin beds with a bright large en suite and sea views (There are 4 rooms of a very similar style and size)

Beautiful light luxury room - £425 per person sharing - with option of either a double or twin bed and luxury bathroom 

Also included:

  • Towels, Toiletries, Linen and extra treats all provided

  • 1 or 2 Yoga Sessions a day

  • 1 Fitness Session a day

  • 1 Yoga Workshop

  • Daily Brunch & Dinner.

  • Herbal teas, coffee, water & lots of healthy snacks

  • Lots of extra goodies to take away

  • 1 Additional Activity - Sports Massage/Horse Riding etc or 1-1 Session with Jenny or Evelyn

All activities are totally optional! A 50%  non refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance needs to be paid by 31st October 2018.

Not Included:

Travel to the venue. You will need to book your ferry in advance. We would advise coming as a foot passenger on the Lymington - Yarmouth Ferry. It takes just 35 minutes and we can pick you up at Yarmouth Harbour. We would suggest getting the 4pm Ferry on the Friday evening. You can book your ferry here: http://www.wightlink.co.uk

You can train from Waterloo to Lymington in just over 2 hours or drive and leave your car at Lymington ferry terminal and foot passenger over. Cars are also welcome and there is plenty of parking space at the venue.

Other ferry options include the below, but you will need to either bring a car or taxi the 30 minute journey to the retreat location:

5.30pm Relax + Restore Candlelit Yoga Practise 

7pm Dinner

Rest of the evening to chat, read and chill out.

 

Saturday

8am Herbals tea's, infused waters and healthy snacks

9-10am Wake Up Yoga Practise

10.30 - 12am Brunch

Free time to explore, sports massages (optional) or horse riding (optional)

2 - 3.30pm Group Fitness Session with Evelyn

4.30 - 6pm Foodie Workshop

7pm Dinner

8.30pm Film Night

 

Sunday

8.30-9.30am Early Bird Yoga

9.30 -10am Morning Hiit

10.30 -12 Brunch

Free time to explore, sports massages (optional) or guided hike (optional)

3 - 5pm Yoga Workshop 

6pm Dinner
