Find Your Balance with Yoga, fitness + the great outdoors



Yoga classes on the retreat will be a mix of dynamic flow to energise us and build that inner fire (it will be winter!) along with some lovely relaxation techniques and restorative yoga in the evenings so you can almost float into your beds. Jenny will be working with Evelyn to combine and balance yoga and fitness so you really get the most out of the sessions.  Jenny teaches in a very fun and inclusive manner, so no matter what level you're at you'll soon start to see the benefits of the practise over your weekend. Her yoga workshops will be an opportunity to explore different aspects of the practise even further, whether that be inversions or a relaxation technique.  Check out the testimonials from her clients here.


Sessions include team warm-up games and mobility drills, followed by HIIT style workouts. Each class is designed to suit all levels of fitness, with the ability to tailor each movement, to each individual. A variety of exercises will be undertaken incorporating body weight and resistance training – weather permitting we may also get the tyres out (because flipping is fun!), resulting in a full body workout. Evelyn’s aim is for everyone to finish with a smile on their face and a sense of achievement – knowing that they have worked hard, got fitter in the process, but most of all had fun with a supportive group!


There will be opportunities to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and beaches on the Isle of Wight. Bring your walking boots and wellies!

Activities may include horse riding, guided walks or runs, outdoor fitness sessions and the opportunity to bring out the adventurer in you.
