We believe in the importance of nourishing our bodies with healthy and whole foods – preparing our bodies for exercise and supporting recovery and repair post-exercise! Jenny and Evelyn both love to experiment in the kitchen and count brunch as their favourite meal of the day. They are both very excited to share their most popular recipes over the weekend (including smoothie bowls, banana bread, energy balls, overnight oats, avocado toast and pancakes…).

Over the weekend, guests will be treated to balanced and nutritious food, showcasing seasonal Isle of Wight produce. Guests will enjoy pre-workout smoothies and have access to an array of healthy snacks during the daytime. Good food should be shared, and therefore meal times will provide guests the opportunity to get to know one another and dine in a relaxed environment. The foodie workshop will provide guests with the opportunity to learn how to make some of Jenny and Evelyn’s alternative healthy goodies – providing delicious snacks for the chilled film night in the comfort of the cosy snug!
