1-1 Sessions 

"1-1 sessions with Jenny are the highlight of my week. I started wanting to do a headstand but learnt so much more about yoga and what works for me. She has a calm, energising and encouraging style and found ways to challenge me, all in a good way. Plus she is a fabulous person and always great fun!"


Private Yoga Sessions are a great way to understand your body if you do not feel able to attend a class or would like a personalised experience to get exactly what you need from Yoga.

I usually teach for 1 hour slots, although timings can be altered to fit in with your schedule. Before your first session, I will send a short questionnaire to you. I find it’s always great to know exactly what you’re looking to get out of the sessions, whether it’s learning a particular sequence, developing strength in a particular area or if you’re looking to learn the basics before heading to a class.

I am more than happy to teach at your home or teach small group sessions if you want to get together with friends for a class. Just get in touch via my contact page. 

Suitable for all beginner levels.
