SUP YOGA ADVENTURES with iSURF
Jenny Stewart Yoga and the brilliant iSurf team have collaborated to bring you SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga Adventures right here on the Isle of Wight. We are so excited to be able to offer this on the island!! SUP Yoga is a great way to stay fit, build core strength, learn those life lessons (if you fall.. get back up!), calm your mind and have ALOT OF FUN!
Combine the benefits of yoga on a stand up paddle board with the stunning locations and exploring on the water, PLUS be treated to an awesome healthy brunch/afternoon tea (depending on the timings!) upon your return.
Sessions will be 2 hours and include a SUP paddling experience, SUP Yoga Session and Brunch! Equipment provided, but if you want to bring your own paddle board please let us know when you book.
The SUP Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, ages 16+ and all abilities, whether you have done Yoga or Stand Up Paddleboarding before or not. I promise that nothing beats the awesome benefits of yoga, vitamin D, fresh breeze and beautiful nature, so this year come on the most awesome adventure yet!!
